Frequently Asked Questions

The questions Madison MS homeowners ask us most often. If yours isn't here, give us a call. We'd rather have a real conversation than send you to a chatbot.

No. 01

Do you just show up and spray?

No. We start with an evaluation. We'd rather know what's actually on your property than apply a generic treatment. Pest pressure is property-specific. Treatment should be too.

No. 02

How do you handle scheduling?

We call you to schedule service. You don't have to fit your day around our route. We adjust to your schedule, not the other way around. That's a 12-year company principle.

No. 03

What does Mississippi-specific pest pressure mean?

Central Mississippi sits in the heaviest Formosan termite pressure zone in the United States, has aggressive Asian tiger mosquito activity from March through October, and brown recluse spiders are the most medically significant arachnid we treat for. A pest control company that doesn't account for these specific species, and treats Mississippi like Phoenix or Boston, is not field-trained for this region.

No. 04

How do I know if I have termites?

Common signs include mud tubes on foundation walls or piers, hollow-sounding wood when tapped, blistered paint, discarded wings near windows after spring swarms, and frass (fine sand-like droppings) near wooden surfaces. The most reliable indicator is a professional termite evaluation. Many active infestations show no surface evidence at all.

No. 05

Are your treatments safe for kids and pets?

We use professionally-applied products labeled for residential interior and exterior use. Standard practice is to keep family and pets off treated surfaces until the product has dried, typically 2-4 hours. We'll explain the specific safety profile for any product we apply before we apply it.

No. 06

Do you offer one-time treatment or only recurring service?

Both. Many properties benefit from a recurring evaluation-and-treatment cadence, but if you're dealing with a specific one-time issue (a wasp nest, a single ant colony, a one-property mosquito event before a wedding), we'll treat just that and not lock you into a contract you don't need.

No. 07

What's your service area?

Madison, Brandon, Ridgeland, Jackson, Flowood, Clinton, Byram, Richland, and the broader Madison and Rankin county corridor in central Mississippi. If you're outside that area, call us. We'll let you know if we can help.

No. 08

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Licensed by the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce and bonded for the protection of every property we service. License and bond details available on request.
